EN Due to a technical error, incorrect procurement documents—specifically, documents belonging to a different procurement object—were uploaded and published. As a result, the specified object of the Procurement does not meet the needs of the Contracting Entity. In light of the above and pursuant to Article 41, Paragraph 3 of the Law on Utilities Procurement, which dictates that as well as Article 41, Paragraph 2, Clause 3, the Contracting Entity hereby terminates the Procurement procedures and informs that the Procurement procedures are considered concluded. Additionally, please be informed that since the need for this Procurement object remains, a new procurement procedure is planned to be launched soon. We invite you to monitor further updates on the CPP IS platform. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your engagement and participation.
